A guide for beginners in urban farming.
This guide is intended to provide the information a beginner needs to establish a functioning urban garden or small farm. It was written with Eswatini in mind, but the information is widely applicable. The guide is divided into several chapters, covering various aspects of urban gardening, including worm farming, compost making, container gardening, beekeeping, and instructions for making some basic equipment needed for these activities. The guide also includes an introduction to micro-enterprise administration for readers wishing to expand their gardening, or garden equipment manufacturing into a business.
This guide is also available as an Android application for offline reference. You can download it from the Google Play app store, or download the installation file (.apk) directly here.
